William Beaumont Hospital added an Ambulatory Care Center to its Troy Campus. The sleek new building, designed by Harley Ellis Devereaux, expands its outpatient services and Family Medicine areas, better matching up healthcare resources with the community need. The new 3-story facility encompasses 121,000 square feet within its 940 ton structural steel framework. Barton Malow/Skanska contracted Douglas Steel under a performance Cost Management contract to fabricate and erect the composite beam structural steel frame.
