Mid Michigan medical is expanding its prestigious health care facility by adding operating rooms  and a five story patient tower.  Titled the Harlow Expansion, the total project includes 221,500 square feet of premium healthcare space framed with 1,608 tons of structural steel.  A corresponding energy center was added adjacent to the hospital site.  Skanksa USA contracted with Douglas Steel to utilize BIM and early material procurement to secure their critical schedule.
